~ Learn to paint the Mormon Metalmark Butterfly and its host plant buckwheat.
The ticket price includes all acrylic painting supplies, supportive step-by-step instructions, aprons, and a 16×20 take-home canvas. No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome. Wings of Change will also share fun facts about the Mormon Metalmark Butterfly, their lifecycle, and their symbiotic relationship with buckwheat.

Each person will receive a live Red Buckwheat Plant, seeds and a membership to Wings of Change.

Butterfly conservation goes beyond building the perfect butterfly garden. We must do our part to build a better environment and encourage others to do the same. We encourage all guests to share what they learn and proudly display their work of art. Shirts and prints will be available for purchase with the original design created by Stacy Messina, Seed and Trellis. The original artwork created for this workshop will be available, bids start at $200.
Tea Party
We will be enjoying tea made from fresh herbs and plants, created and provided by Wings of Change. Plants, and seeds will be available for purchase. (Recipes will be displayed) * If you have a recipe you’d like to share please bring it to share in the potluck.
